🍨 Classic Recipe
🥜 The Reese’s Dream Roll
Chocolate, peanut butter, and pure nostalgia in every bite. This one’s for the candy lovers who know that dessert should always come with a little crunch.
Ingredients:
- 1 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup (chopped)
- ½ tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Instructions:
Crush your Reese’s cup on the tray using the included scrapers (or for best results, use a cheese grater or coffee grinder to get it extra fine). Pour your pre-mixed sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream over the crushed pieces, then use the scrapers to mix and spread it evenly across the tray. As it starts to freeze, scrape and chop the mixture until it looks like ice cream, then spread it into a thin, even layer. Remove any excess to a plate and roll! (Tip: keep your scrapers at a 45° angle for the perfect rolls.) After that, you can use the excess mixture to keep making more ice cream!
⚡️ Lower-Cal Recipes
🍓 Strawberry Sunrise (The Healthy Hero)
Fresh fruit, simple ingredients, and the kind of sweetness you don’t have to feel guilty about. This one tastes like summer mornings and feels like a reset button.
Ingredients:
- ½ ripe banana
- 3–4 fresh strawberries
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions:
Chop your strawberries and banana directly on the tray using your scrapers. Pour your pre-mixed heavy cream and vanilla extract over the fruit, then use the scrapers to mix and spread everything evenly across the tray. As it begins to freeze, scrape and chop the mixture until it starts to look creamy, then spread it into a thin, even layer. Remove any excess to a plate and roll! (Tip: keep your scrapers at a 45° angle for the best rolls.) After that, you can use the excess mixture to keep making more ice cream!

- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave
- 1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips or shaved dark chocolate
Instructions:
Sprinkle your chocolate shavings on the tray, then pour in your coconut cream, cocoa powder, and maple syrup. Use your scrapers to blend and spread the mixture until smooth.
