📲 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may experience delays or temporary inactivity. This does notindicate a lost shipment.
📬 Delivery Confirmation & Fulfillment
All orders include carrier-verified delivery confirmation, which may include:

Delivery location (e.g., porch, mailbox, front door)

Additional courier notes (when available)
Carrier confirmation of delivery to the address provided at checkout constitutes successful fulfillment of the order.
This information serves as final proof of delivery for customer service inquiries and payment disputes.
🔍 Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, you must take action within 48 hours of the delivery scan:

Check all possible delivery locations (mailbox, porch, garage, side doors)

Ask neighbors, household members, or building staff

Look for carrier notices or attempted delivery slips

Contact the local carrier directly using your tracking number
ShopRolled does not replace or refund orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
Claims of theft, misdelivery, or non-receipt are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.
🚚 Failed Delivery or Undeliverable Packages
A shipment may be marked as “failed delivery,” “undeliverable,” or “returned to sender” due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout

Delivery refusal by the customer or recipient

No safe or accessible delivery location

Carrier-related delivery issues
Customer-Related Causes
If the issue is due to an incorrect address, refusal, or inability to receive the package, ShopRolled is not responsible. Additional shipping fees may be required to reship the order.
Carrier-Related Causes
If the carrier confirms the issue was due to a carrier error, ShopRolled will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Refunds are not issued for failed or undeliverable deliveries.
📦 Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 48 hours of the delivery scan.
Required documentation:

Clear photo and/or video evidence of the damage or defect

Photos of the original shipping box and packaging

Order number
Approved claims are resolved by replacement only.
No refunds or returns are offered.
Claims submitted after 48 hours or without sufficient documentation will be denied.
📦 Lost Shipments
A shipment is considered lost only if officially declared lost by the carrier.

Delays or tracking inactivity do not qualify as lost

If a carrier confirms a shipment is lost, ShopRolled will issue a replacement only
Refunds are not issued for lost shipments.
📮 Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
ShopRolled is not responsible for:

Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Delays or losses caused by address errors
🌐 International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import duties depending on the destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.
